Touch screen settings nowhere to be found

Hey everyone, I've recently picked up a new touch screen monitor from viewsonic (the VA1655) and am having issues finding any touch screen options on my pc at all to enable. I've tried going to device manager and looking for the "HID-compliant touch screen" but it is not there at all. Iv'e also tried going through control panel then hardware and sound and still there is no touch screen option to be found. I've tried searching through settings and on pen and touch info it says no pen or touch input is available for this display. I also double checked the drivers for the monitor where up to date, uninstalled and re installed, and yet still no progress. Is there any reccomendations on anythung else I could try? Has windows done away with touchscreens or something? It's like my computer has 0 touch screen capabilities at all, which is weird, because I have the newest windows 11 installed. Any suggestions on what I could do is very apprecaited.
