gaunter odimm and the white frost.

As we all know ciri is the only person that can stop or partially deal with the white frost , and to be frank its not 100% shown in the game that ciri is able to stop the white frost . Can gaunter odimm stop the white frost ?? The game says he's a very powerful entity from another dimension, but could be he (as people of reddit claim) the G.O.D of the witchers universe?? and at that is he able to stop the white frost ?? all this is just up for theoretical discussion :) .
