Should i buy the T-62A?

I currently don't have any T10 mediums and would like to get one, my highest tier non-premium is a stock T-44. I saw that it's on sale by like 15% and i have 14 million credits, it doesn't seem so different from the 140 except for the gun depression. Should i buy it?

EDIT: i already have other soviet t10s researched so i can get it, the T-44 is my highest tier non-premium MEDIUM TANK, sorry for the confusion.
