Confused

Hi everybody! so I am on my third week of 2.5 and I’m scheduled to titrate to 5.0 once my month is up and I have made a bunch of lifestyle changes such as exercising five times (pilates/ HIIT, not heavy weightlifting) a week getting over 10,000 steps every day and eating around 1200 cal with an emphasis of high protein diet.

With all of these changes in mind and being on 2.5 I have still only lost maybe 2 pounds in the past three weeks and I still fluctuateup in weight. I’ve noticed slight changes in my body, but a little concerned with the weight loss progress.

I definitely feel appetite suppression on 2.5 so I am wondering if the weight loss is just going to start once it’s at 5.0 which is a therapeutic dose or if there’s any advice anyone can offer me to start seeing the number on the scale go down. Thanks in advance for the help!
