Is this normal

I’ve lost 20lbs since 8/2/24. 1 month on 2.5 and now 5.0. I work out so much, eat very healthy, yet I feel like my weight loss is not nearly as quick as others. I still have ~20lbs to go to reach my goal. I also notice that the past 2 weeks I’ve been in the same 3lb range, losing and gaining.

Any tips to get out of this rut?!?! Thanks!!
