Based on my appearence, how much would you say I weigh? And does my fat make me look ugly? (I have body dysmorphia so I can't tell)
It's been half a year since I started dieting and working out and I already lost 15 kg / 33 lbs. I'm very happy when I see the numbers go down on my scale, and I got many compliments, but I just can't see it in the mirror. Sometimes I think that my body looks skinnier from what I think my weight would normally look, sometimes I see the opposite, my fat becomes the only thing I can focus on, and sometimes I don't even have the perception of a clear shape. I need to know, how much you guys would think I weight, I need to know because since I don't see my progress it might even be difficult for me to know when to stop losing weight. (First two pictures are me now and last one is me before losing weight)
