Whirlpool dishwasher - How to read error code (rinse aid not dispensing)

Problem: Whirlpool dishwasher (WDF520PADM) doesn't dispense rinse aid. The detergent door opens successfully, but the dispenser unit doesn't go through the 2nd "click" of the dispenser cycle, which dispenses the rinse aid. I'm hoping the diagnostics mode can tell me an error code to see if I should replace the dispenser unit. But, I'm having trouble reading the diagnostic mode. See video link and description below:

I've done a lot of research and only found error codes that display using the "Clean" light, but my dishwasher is displaying its error codes using the sequence "Normal / High Temp" then "Heavy / 1-Hour Wash", as shown in the video.
