Pcs in November- When will I get orders?

My husband reenlisted last week for Ft Campbell. He was told we'd have a November report date. How long will it take for the assignment to flow i to IPPSA and for my member elections to open? I know once member elections are done, hard orders come shortly after.

I'm supposed to be clearing JBLM in a month now so that I can take PCS leave and report to Campbell early November. The latest report date they can give me is 12 November otherwise I'll have to defer because I'll be 8 months pregnant. I really don't want to have to do that.

Is this time frame even realistic?
