Anime Recommendations for Autistic Viewer with Sensory Issues

So, I'm a fan of anime but I struggle to find ones that I can binge and really get absorbed into. I think this is because so many of them contain so much loud shouting, quick cuts and what I feel like is overly busy presentation that I find it exhausting. However, every now and then I get recommended one that are a bit calmer, more slow-paced and down-to-earth in their production and I absolutely love them.

My most recent examples of anime that I've really enjoyed were Kotaro Lives Alone, Serial Experiments, Welcome to the N.H.K, Erased and Terminator Zero. I know that they're all very different in terms of premise, but they just seemed a bit calmer and easier to get engaged with than some of their more obnoxious and bombastic alternatives.

Might be a long-shot but does anyone else relate to this and, just as importantly, can anyone recommend any shows, as I am a fan of anime. When they're good, they're REALLY good from my experience :) .
