When to Refeed (Self-Coached)

SELF-COACHED- How do you know when your body is in need of a refeed? There was a point during a prep where I was plateauing, so I did a small bump in carbs the following day and then started dropping weight again. So I know that that’s a scenario where a refeed is helpful. But what about others?

I’m 2 weeks out and am now stage lean (I don’t need to drop any weight), so I’m wondering what I do now that I don’t need to push for conditioning? Do I have a refeed? Do I keep pushing conditioning and eat into the show on peak week? Do I start eating into the show now? (Seems a little early to do this). What are your thoughts!
