Billie Eilish Tiks -how to transfer to kids?

Hi everyone I bought 4 tiks for my daughter and her friends but they can’t be transferred and when she tried to log into my TM account and download to her wallet the above occurs. Anyone else dealing with this?? I have reached out to TM but I could be dead by the time they respond. Thoughts???
