“I’ve always wanted a threesome” - every straight guy I’ve ever dated

Has anyone had this problem in straight relationships? As a bisexual woman, any time I’ve ever mentioned this to a guy I’m seeing his instinct is to mention threesomes. It rubs me the wrong way because I feel like for straight men in particular, they’re so used to sex being designed for them that they can’t look at my attraction to women as having nothing to do with them.

Nothing wrong with people enjoying this, but genuinely I don’t think I could have a threesome with a straight guy involved for this reason. Like what if I’m a romantic and I like sex to be more intimate? Why does my sexuality give you free range to say “this would be hotter if another woman was also here.” Maybe when I’m with a woman, I want it to feel magical and feminine and I don’t want some guy getting in the way.

I know certain people have a tendency to lurk and ignore context so to clarify, I’m aware straight men are not one single entity. I’m only speaking on my personal experience. I’ve also never had the opportunity to date a bisexual man and I’m sure that’s very different.
