Can't install multiplayer, campaign, or war zone on PS4.

I purchased a hard copy of BO6 after launch. After waiting for it to download, it said I needed to install multiplayer, campaign, warzone if I wanted to play. I tried to do so but keep getting g "this content cannot ve selected at this time."

Any advice on how I can fix this? I've deleted and reinstalled the game, rest my PS4, logged in and out, and anything else I could think of.
