Wise delay in payments

Am I the only one experiencing this issue right now?

I’m paid weekly, and my client sent my salary last Saturday for the previous week’s pay. However, Wise did not transfer the payment to my account. Initially, Wise said it would take seven days to arrive, but my client later informed me that the payment was returned to them.

Now, I’m still waiting for my salary from last week's and this week. My client provided an update and sent me all the screenshots. Wise is now saying it will take another six days for the payment to arrive, even though they have already deducted the amount from my client’s account. 🥹

What alternative payment methods can I use?🥹
