Is 7900XT still a good buy?

I am building a new PC with 7800x3d and 7900XT. Started having doubts about 7900XT whether it is a value for money at this point in time. Is it still a good decision to buy?

Cards are costly in my country.

7900xt - 880$ 7900xtx - 1150$ RTX 4080 - 1400$ RTX 4070ti - 1120$

Also I'll get 15/25% off on AMD gpu/cpu respectively.

Thats why I finalized 7900xt. What do you guys think, I should go for it?
