Question about writing thoughts in bullet journal
When my had was full of thoughts I used to write them down in a notebook. To clear my head. Starting this year my head became a mess with quick thoughts about things to remember, tasks etc (moving next month and expecting a baby few weeks after that). So I came across bullet journaling and started a few weeks ago. Feels like a load off my shoulder for not having to remember everything.
Only problem. I have a fear of writing my thoughts in my bujo. It feels weird to write a few pages of my very private brain vomit between tasks or notes I need to reference later.
Anyone else have this problem? How do you go about this. Separate journal for writing your thoughts? Or have a space in the back for thoughts, like writing back to front for thoughts and front to back for daily and monthly stuff?
Tl;dr: Feel weird to write thoughts between tasks and notes. Feel the same? What do you do to still write thoughts?
