Gym Crush and etiquette

I have been in Davao and enrolled in a nearby gym. I have no intention of having any relationships here. I’m always traveling and relationships are more complicated that way. There’s this regular in the same time schedule as mine and she is beautiful. Not so sure but I think she’s a local since she speaks bisaya so fluently (not to me but in general) she’s mostly working with a Muay Thai instructor so I can’t really make small conversations. Will Davaoeñas be generally okay if I spoke to her after she trains? Is it weird?
No, I’m not after sex. Although yes that would be nice too lol Kidding aside, I just want to maybe get a chance to get to know her.
