Dotnet equivalent of Spring-Boot

Hi, I've been programming with spring-boot for the past year.

To learn the ASP family. I've build a small 'Forum' app in ASP.CORE to check it out, and I feel like there is so much to configure (Or at least way more than with Spring boot) But I did find it nice and very similar to Spring (in terms, again, of configuration requirement)

I've heard from some people say that ASP.ASPIRE might just be what I'm looking for as it is the best equivalent to Spring-boot there is in the ASP family.

Is it true ?
