Which bank has best services for higher tier clients?

All major banks seem to offer different tiers of services(Gold, Platinum, Privilege+ etc.) provided you have enough balance but are not yet at the Private Wealth management stage($5M+ usually). They all offer different level of services.

For example Citi Gold gets you concierge services and "dedicated team"(whatever that means). Chase also seems to have something like private Client that you can open with just $150K.

So the question: Has anyone done the analysis as to which banks have the best offerings or what key factors I should consider to decide which one is best for me?

Context:

  • Joint NW with my wife is around $5M. Both of us are late 30s and working.
  • Have around $200K that I can move around quickly to qualify for a higher tier service if required. Another $400-500K in brokerage accounts which can also be moved if absolutely needed. Another ~$900K in Retirement accounts but I don't think banks take that into account for service tiers usually.
  • Preference for BoA as all my existing property loans are with them($3M+) but again not sure if loans are taken into account for higher service tiers. Currently I have Platinum + Honors Tier with them but that just seems to include some discounts on interest rates etc.

Appreciate any advice you all can offer.
