I need help

So I want to get into this hobby and lifestyle I have always liked fountain pens but idk where to start. I don’t want to spend 200 bucks to get a nice pen and then mess it up trying to learn how to write it. Also I’m still in college so I don’t have money to spend 200 bucks on a pen. So I was wondering if any of y’all know of beginner sets? With the pen and practice paper. Oh and that’s another thing what paper should I get because I heard having normal notebook paper isn’t good because of feathering so do y’all have any recommendations for notebooks that I can use that have lines, so I can practice?
