Is this worth it? Looking into these cars

I’ve always like what they are for, I am moving on from a g35 sedan. My buddy with a series yellow tells me this is a good deal. Would it be appropriate to lowball this guy at least 2500-3000 off asking price? Should I hop on this deal?
