Balls bigger than shaft.

Hey all - just wanted to get a pulse on this subreddit to see if anyone is in a similar situation. I'm a 25M who currently has larger testicles than my penis. I'm obviously past the point of puberty, and will not benefit from any sort of natural growth. Seeing that I'm past a point of despair, I figure I have nothing to lose and should ask this channel for some advice. I'm honestly open to anything aside from a ball reduction surgery. With that being said, is anyone facing a similar issue? If not, can others chime in with some advice or exercises that have helped them in the past?
