Are there any good property factors?

Getting sick of Hacking & Paterson as our factor - overpriced and pretty useless - looking to go elsewhere, have a majority agreement in our building, but just can't seem to find a promising alternative? Seems to be nothing but bad reviews across the board.

If anyone's got any recommendations then I'd be very appreciative.
