who else wishes we got to actually fight the innies?

I personally wish we got a game fighting the insurrectionists. i feel like that would be a fun game tho i know it would just probably feel like a call of duty shooter. but its a part of the lore we never really got to explore within the games. i think the closest we got was at the beginning of Reach when we “thought” (we all knew we weren’t) we’d be encountering them but no not even one small firefight that gets interrupted by some covies. i dont read too much into the lore i dont have the brain for all that knowledge but i really do wish games wise we expanded on it more where we play as an ODST fighting innies
