UPS questions

Hello everyone, I am looking for a UPS to get for my home server. It is a Dell T410 full upgraded server with hot swappable Power supplies. I am looking at the cyber power 1350 or the 1500 both within 20ish dollars of each other. My question is this I'm not sure the difference between "Sinewave and Intelligence" ups's i have attempted google searches that only seem to tell me the difference between modified sinewave and pure sinewave. any help would be apperciated!
