derivative citizen question

my father is a permanent resident since 1986 and became a US citizen since in 1998 ... he brought me to usa in 1993 when i was 8 .. I was 16 years old in 2001 when I became a permanent resident. Does that make me a derivative citizen? i lived with him and my mom .. and my green card is a typer ir7
