tell me how to spend my money: UCS Millennium Falcon & Chewbacca Or UCS AT-AT

Alright folks, I need some help. I'm looking to add a UCS Star Wars set to my collection come Insiders weekend and need some help breaking a three-way tie. We recently added a small home office (140 sq. ft) to our place and I've been moving lego sets from storage onto shelves. It's been great 🤩 Normally wouldn't bring this up, but the three-way tie has brought up some interesting ways to value a set - piece count vs iconic vs best overall deal vs long-term value vs display value. Curious what y'all think

Here's what I'm trying to decide between:

UCS AT-AT: great for display, huge, retiring soon it seems, bit newer. Will most likely fit the office area better given the taller-than-wide footprint. Also have some points to spend at Lego. Brickeconomy indicating earlier retirement for the AT-AT and I tend to think they'll make another one in the future because why not

OR

UCS Millennium falcon: same situation, have some points, have always loved this and all of star wars, but do already have the play-scale one. Also bit worried about ability to display it — would likely end up being vertical given the shelf space I have

OR (!!!)

UCS Millennium Falcon + Chewbacca: Costco has as a deal for UCS MF and Chewbacca for just $50 over MSRP for the Falcon. Pretty incredible deal, feels like it's almost enough to put it over the finish line

What to do what to do? Before anyone says it: no, budget's not there for buying everything
