Help me find the title of this yaoi manga!!

You guys helped me surprisingly fast for my last post so I thought I would try again! It was about two boyfriends, uke had dark hair and seme had brown(?) hair. Basically the plot was the uke thought they were having too much *** for a reason I can’t remember, and uke tries to hold back for a while but not tell the seme exactly why. The seme starts to notice uke brushing him off and starts to wonder if he did something wrong or thinks the uke wants to break up with him. I can’t remember how but they make up at the end and it’s a really simple but sweet story. I think the uke also had lots of ear piercings? It’s definitely a black and white manga, relatively new, with the standard 6 or so chapters. I think it was called like “suite” or “room” with a number at the end. Pls help me find it I’m begging I’ve been looking for it for 2 years OTL
