Loki's tp is broken ?

I am I going crazy but I feel like when you have a lone next to you and your try to tp to a clone that you are looking at it will default to the clone next to you and shouldn't it tp you to the farthest clone wouldn't that make more sense since you don't need to look at a clone to tp (I am a Lord loki player)
