Tired of the scripted losses

Cannot get out of diamond for the life of me. It's always literally on my rank up games when I'm within 20 points of hitting diamond 1 or GM, suddenly I get paired with a team that is instantly being toxic to each other, we get absolutely STOMPED, and the other team is like an actual professional squad. I check my team's profile, they have a bad win rate, other team is always above 60% win rate. Literally every time. If you say "just get good bro it's not scripted" you're either extremely lucky or just coping. I get other games do it and it's purely to keep you playing but it's so unbelievably frustrating I've almost lost my will to keep trying altogether.
