So now normal handtraps are useless?
Like everyone else, I've always used Impermanence, Ash and Veiler. But now I'm switching to just Droll, Max C and Mulcharmys, because with Fiendsmith and the Azamine stuff, I feel like they're not very effective. Because these decks have so many extenders, that using just 2 or 3 of them doesn't do practically anything.
It seems like with each new format, the meta gets more and more ridiculous. When Yubel arrived, it was bad enough. Then we had Tenpai, and now this. It feels like we've gone back to the times of the infamous Halq Don, where everyone used the same generic engines, where matches were decided by who won the coin.
Is it with a game in this state that Konami hopes to attract new players in this anniversary celebration? Haha, good luck with that. Because if we veterans are already tired of this crap, imagine new players.
