The Ultimate Solution to Fixing Yu-Gi-Oh

Thanks to the many extremely broken combo decks, we know that at the moment, it is practically impossible to win by going second. But I believe that with the set of changes made below, it would improve the game as a whole, by at least 70%. So here they are. I propose 3 small, but at the same time, big changes.

The first is a new master rule, which introduces the mulegan. Instead of the ridiculous single card draw that we have now, in this one, the player who goes second, could filter his hand, between 2 to 3 cards that he has, for new ones. This would allow him to find some board breaker, or some important push, that would give him a fairer chance to play.

The second solution would be the printing of archetype handtraps, which would allow the player who goes second, to play, and interact with the opponent, directly on turn 0, (something similar to what labrynth does). Again, this would help to make things less unfair for whoever goes second.

The third solution would be a more comprehensive use of archetype locks. Things like fusion decks being locked in fusion, or specific type locks for decks, in order to not let them include any generic engine. This would put some brakes, and provide more freedom, and versatility, for possible future bans, for these same decks. In addition to lowering their ceiling, allowing the end board possibilities to become fairer. In addition to these, some other changes, or smaller modernizations, such as allowing cards to also be summoned face UP, in defense. In addition to the return, of the old pendulum zones. I believe that with all these changes made, Yu-Gi-Oh, will rise from the ashes, once again becoming a decent game, and playable for those who go second. What do you think?
