Apple CarPlay cable

Any recommendations for a cable that works 100% of the time with no hiccups? Currently using a highly rated anker one and almost everytime I start the car and plug in, it doesn’t recognize Apple CarPlay. I have to unplug my phone a few times before it’s recognized and then no more issues for that drive. Problem repeats when I I get back into the car and start it up again.
