AWD hatch dealer replaced one tire

Bought my ‘23 CPO hatchback about 3 weeks ago. This is my first AWD car so I’m pretty nervous about what I’ve discovered. So 3 of the tires are the default Toyo ones and the last one is a Goodyear. After going thru the service history packet the dealership gave me I saw they replaced a damaged tire. There are no dates but it was right after the 5k interval service so I’m assuming it was pretty early on. The car has 24k miles now.

For the most part the car drives fine; I do notice a bit of maybe wobble in the steering wheel when I turn, especially if I’m accelerating? Also going over speed bumps, I hear a bang! on the corner of the car with the new tire. This is going at an acceptable speed over the bumps, no sound if I crawl over them. I don’t hear that bang noise on any other side of the car with the 3 default tires.

Is this just my head here? Even after googling I’m unsure of what to look for in terms of AWD system damage.
