Minnesota Holiday $500 Lottery Drawing

So I was gifted a bunch of these from work. Unfortunately no winners in the bunch however it has a 2nd chance to win drawing by putting the ticket information into mnlottery.com My question is when is the actual drawing for these usually? There is no information on the website as to when the drawing actually takes place. Is the whole point to hold out on the drawing as long as possible so people lose or forget about their tickets?
