Okay lang ba magemail/apply ulit sa company na nilet go ko ang job offer months ago?
While I was still employed with my previous company A, I managed to get a job offer from company B. A managerial position, my dream job role with a 40% salary increase and allowance, plus other internal benefits. I have waited and applied for months to almost a year, to over 50 companies and I thought, finally, this is it!
But I let it pass, and still chose A because of their BIG promises which I found later on that are not true. After the resignation negotiation/counteroffer, the promised salary increase and other stuff didn’t materialize even after 6 months of waiting. The job offer from B just got wasted in vain.
Eventually, I was able to resign successfully for the second time from A but I was having a hard time landing jobs even before resigning. That's why I didn't have any backup when I did it. At this point, A would still like to keep a relationship and is offering me a consultanship role instead. I told them that I would think about it.
However, my previous company C somehow knew about my resignation with A and my previous immediate head offered me a new job role (my immediate head's former role) should I decide to come back to them. It's a shared profit scheme company with a fixed monthly salary plus benefits, and flexible time but the workload, office politics, and culture are very toxic so I told them that I would also think about it.
Now, what I really want to do is email B and express my intention to work for them, and that I regret not signing their job offer in November last year. This is a desperate move I know but after being jobless even just for a month, and offers from A and C, I realized, I need a new environment where I can fully thrive maximizing all my professional skill set and be able to provide my family as a breadwinner at the same time.
Should I email B? or should I just move on and stick out waiting and applying for new companies instead?
Thanks for your help in advance!
