Idesia Move In Fee

Hi guys!

Not sure if I'm in the right community. Tanong ko lang sa mga nakakuha ng property at nakamove in na sa Idesia, is there really a move in fee?

Waiting kasi ako sa turn over ng house and since we're renting, plan namin to move in after maturn over. Since budget for the renovation is really tight, can I ask kung nagbayad kayo ng move in fee and how much?
