help! any advice needed

i pisces (25F) have been seeing my sagittarius coworker (29M) for 6 months. truly has been the most fun i’ve ever had with someone and he is also so easy to be around - i feel like he listens well, keeps me laughing and helps with motiving to be a better, more disciplined person.

it has been casual and fun and i’ve always communicated with him that i would let him know if i started to develop feelings.

well, now i have.

ive tried to bring up becoming official with him but always get nervous because i actually have so much fun with him… and i don’t want to ruin the fun. however it got brought up last weekend - he was very apologetic about not bringing it up sooner and reassured me that he cares for me a lot. he mentioned that it has nothing to do with me, that he is attracted to me and enjoys our time but has a fear of commitment. he went on to say that he’s working through communicating better and that he appreciates my patience - that he is working through some things…

well… at the time that felt reassuring that we are moving in the right direction but as the days have gone on, i’m scared im getting played lol

he did mention that he isn’t seeing anyone else ?? and he has posted a photo of me before ??

but he hasn’t been able to tell me where he sees our future going. do i continue to be patient ??? does anyone have experience with a sag man?

also important to note that the company we work for is very laid back and there are a lot of couples in the company so that’s no problem
