How to save Alocasia chonk?

My alocasia pink dragon got root rot and stem rot, I cut away all the rot and let it sit in diluted hyrdrogen peroxide for a couple hours a couple weeks ago. Since then it’s done absolutely nothing, I’m not sure if it’s actually already dead or if I can save it? Any help would be appreciated, I adore this plant I don’t want him to die.

I currently have him under a grow light, in dirt that I sprayed once but barely (I’m scared of him rotting). All my other alocasias are doing well except him, I water them whenever they need it.
