Question: world ability ribbon

Ive followed all the instructions to the best of my ability but i cant seem to connect

Im using real cartridges

Ive tried three different models of ds (phat, dsi, and 3ds)

Im hotspotting my phone with no password

Ive tried 3 different dns codes including the one from sirtoastytoes's video (shown above) and two others i got from some other tutorial videos (ive tried the second dns code as both a copy of the first and all zeroes)

Its driving me crazy cuz i did this before some time ago so im either forgetting something or doing something wrong

Any help is much appreciated
