What psychology related jobs are there that can work in the hospital

Hi everyone! I’m a final-year psychology student, and I’m really interested in working in a hospital setting after graduation. However, most psychology-related hospital jobs seem to require a master’s or PhD. Is it possible to get a hospital job with only a bachelor’s degree in psychology? If so, what kind of roles should I be looking for?

Here are some specific questions I have:

  1. Have you or someone you know worked in a hospital with just a psychology degree? If so, what was the job?
  2. What entry-level positions are available for psychology graduates in hospitals?
  3. Did you need extra certifications or training to secure the job?
  4. What’s the best way to apply for these roles?
  5. Are hospitals open to hiring psychology grads for non-clinical positions?
  6. Would you recommend working in a hospital straight after graduation, or would it be better to gain experience elsewhere first?
  7. Any advice for someone who wants to build a hospital career with only a psychology degree?

I’d really appreciate any insights, experiences, or advice. Thank you in advance!
