Looking for a specific song from an 18+ sample?

I recently listened to the "big d*** randy returns" song by Digbar. I noticed that about a minute in his flow switches up and adopts a really drawn out syllable, followed by a few quick rlwords, then repeating this 4 times (the song is on spotify or youtube for explanation, listen to the part at 0:59-1:20).

This flow is identical to another song that has to be rap, ive heard it before but i dont know the lyrics for sure. My sister thinks it has "and they calllll me..." as part of the first drawn out part, but not certain. Can anyone over 18 go listen to that part and lmk if anything comes to mind? Its not lil nas x's rodeo, the flow is very different to that. Thanks i appreciate it, i tried the youtube music humming thing and it didnt get anything soooo...help?
