Am I underpaid?

Currently an “account manager” at a Fortune 100 company. I use quotations because thought my title indicates account management, I’m essentially a glorified sales rep. I have roughly 105 accounts in my client book, all existing customers of course, but my quota is $3,500 of new monthly recurring revenue.

$72k base, $110k OTE. I can earn additional commission accelerators above 100% to quota, but the numbers aren’t really achievable on a regular basis, thus I don’t consider those here.

I don’t sell high end product. Average customer probably bills between 2-4k/month depending on the number of sites they have. Typical contract is 3 years, sometimes 5.

Anyways - I’m sure there are others here that have been where I’m at. So just curious on if I could take my experience elsewhere and increase my base or do you feel like I’m in a good spot?
