Has anyone else had painful, fluid filled holes in the skin after shingles clears up?

I had a shingles rash down my entire arm, the back of my hand, and one side of my palm. (My pinky and ring fingers also swelled.) It was mild, diagnosed immediately, and cleared up pretty quickly with antivirals and bentonite clay. All symptoms except nerve pain have gone away.

But now on my palm, side of my hand, and two fingers there are these small burning holes that seem to have fluid in them. They're perfectly flat and almost perfectly round. It's basically impossible to get pictures of or I'd post some. It seems to be slowly spreading and I'm having some pretty bad tingling, mostly in the fingers.

Is this some kind of fucked up shingles thing?? I can't find anything even remotely like it online and it's driving me insane.
