26hrs Layover

Just wondering if any of you have experienced this I have a flight from manila to the US Scoot(Manila) then Singapore airlines(SG) layover is 26hrs do you need to pick up your luggage in SG because your long layover?or pick up in the US? Im hoping I dont need to. I want to go around without any hassle.
