Clocking in right when my shift starts .

Sometimes maybe 2-3 times a month I come inside the store right at 2 30 due to the bus being late and when my shift starts and clock in , and then I take off my coat , bag , wash my hands etc and fill up my water bottle . By this time it reaches about 2 33 and the SL starts getting angry at me . He says you always come late and then you stay at the back for 5 minutes . I said doesn’t everyone do that ? It’s normal . Tesco legit gives you a 3 minutes to clock in or out , but when it’s someone else who arrive even 15 minutes after their shift starts he doesn’t tell them off , he says he wants to go home . But can’t wait 2-3 extra minutes so I can take over . And then I have to clock out at 11 :05 and then close the shop which makes it around 10 past . Is this fair ??
