Chair recs for lots of teletherapy

Hi all, I've been doing teletherapy full time and I need some really comfortable, ergonomic chair suggestions. I really need upper back support, and I have ADHD so swiveling, etc. is great. My neck and upper back have just been aching lately, and I've been wishing for something maybe that can recline slightly (obviously not so far back that it seems I'm trying to nap during the session). I am 5'3-5'4, if that matters. Under $500, and if I can find one for under $250 I can buy one for home and one for the office. Anybody make a chair purchase for doing teletherapy that saved their body?
