Gym peoples, it comes back!

I am a powerlifter and on the 13th I'll be 4 MPO. I attempted to start lifting again at 9 WPO and it did not go well. I could barely lift anything and my first meager workout exhausted me for 2 days. I was really bummed and my endorphins were down without regular workouts, plus I'm still kind of boxy so kind of just waiting for the good stuff.

I realized I needed to go back to basics, so I started lifting 3-4X a week, full body routine a mix of machines and free weights. No full body compound movements with anything other than bodyweight. Every week it's been small improvements, but today I was at 75%! Still easing into heavy lifts, but put up decent weights on my squats, bench and deadlift. I had more gas in my tank but am sticking with my incremental weight increases. In 2 weeks I should be completely back to my previous weights and routine!!!

Gym too busy to get a good pic, but here I am post workout enjoying the view!
