Best Vampire-based RPG?

So far I know about Vampire The Masquerade, it gets the job done, I'm just looking if there's more options or hidden gems that may be recommended but not well known, and I figured this sub should probably have some interesting opinion about it (hopefully it's not off topic).

If your best suggestions is still Vampire the Masquerade I have an additional question: what's the best version/edition in your opinion?

Edit: to specify, I was thinking more ttrpg, but videogame recommendations are welcome as well.
