Help me find the brand of this notebook my girlfriend found at an estate sale. Looks antique, but can’t date it. Attempted googling the watermark, but no results.

My girlfriend bought the journal at an estate sale, thought it might be and antique. Doesn’t seem unusual, until we noticed the “CPM Parchment” watermark, which turns up not results on Google. We also have no idea when the journal was manufactured. Any experts floating around?
